Video 13 – How does it look

Probably recorded too late at night to make much sense.  Perhaps me just worrying too much about us worrying too much about how things look instead of how things taste and the relationship between the two.

Video 12 – Barista Competitions (I’m back!)

It has been a while.  Excuse the low production values for this video (then again, it isn’t like the others were beautifully shot).  I just want to get back into the swing of things!

Video 10 – Labelling results

In case I don’t make it clear enough in the video – if you can do this (if you are a cafe or roastery) then I would highly recommend this simple experiment.

Video 9 – Cups

Today’s rant – it isn’t really a rant – is about cups.

I’d love to know which are your favourites for drinking from (rather than collectable favourites) and why.

Video 8 – No to numbers

I am not really out to antagonise – this is just a personal point of view.  I’d love to know the opinions of both industry and any consumers reading/watching.

Video 6 – A visit to Gwilym

I forgot my video camera, but thankfully I had made a little video on Sunday.  The title says it all really.

Questions for next week in the comments please!

Video 4 – Great steak & milk foam

The title will make sense (honestly!).

I think I could end up being described as a bit obsessed with how the coffee industry communicates with consumers.  I refuse to admit this is a bad thing.
Comments on this one would be very welcome!
