Excited and nervous

About this.

I look forward to making coffee for people, haven’t done that since I used to do the occasional shift on Gwilym’s cart on a Sunday.  I will post some pics up here, or on flickr, or on the Square Mile blog (or maybe all of them) soon.

Hopefully see some of you there soon!  Happy to answer any questions in the comments!

    Good Hunting!

When we were really getting into the nitty gritty of building Spro Hampden and training a new staff of baristas, I didn’t work a bar shift for five months. Getting back into the swing of things was a little rocky but you’ll find your sea legs in quick time.

Heh, I ended up opening the Towson Espresso Bar on Monday morning – after not working a bar shift there in eight months, again a little rocky but was rolling along by 9am!

Looking forward to visiting The Penny University!
