I’ve tried this once – I got 250g of green bean last year and roasted it (very carefully!) I was nice – not worth AUD$98 a kilo though especially when compared to some of the PNG I had at the same time that was fairly close in profile. If the money at sale is not being passed on to the farmers and workers then I would also have some issues with buying further quantities.
