Coffee and a Donut article up on CG

Better late than never (my fault of course!) my second article for CG is now up.  It’s a combination of a recipe for people who want to try the drink – I recommend you do, it is very tasty! – and a bit about my general approach to signature drinks in barista competitions.  I hope some people find it interesting.

Good article. It is interesting that four times the points are available for taste… which leads me to question, could a simple drink that relies heavily on what you know to be a great tasting espresso gain you more points than something a bit crazy which will rack up originality points but loose its espresso roots amongst the other creative bit and pieces?
