I’m making up for lost time!
The article lays out nicelly some of the really high hurdles that need to be jumped in order to get better coffee in the cups of more poeple.
I don’t know how this happened without my noticing, but what a great series!
I do my best to make specialty coffee more approachable, but seriously.. I’ve never seen it done so well.
