Coffee

Fazenda Camocim

I briefly mentioned this farm in my coffeegeek article on crema, and recently recieved an e-mail from Henrique at the farm gently reminding me that the farm is not in South Minas (as muggins here wrote) but in Espirito Santo state.

At the bottom of his e-mail was a link to his website which I thought was a really great one, lots of well presented information on the farm and its practises.

You can click on maps of the farms and see where they grow different varietals, and there is some info on alititude and other stuff.  His farm is all biodynamic and the coffees are really, really good.  I am really looking forward to Mercanta getting the next crop of the dry pulped semi washed yellow bourbon!

  1. The first Brazils I’ve seen coming through are wonderful, so sweet and big and juicy.

    Got to love Brazil
