A visit to HasBean

Popped up to HasBean today to pick up the sample roasters for tomorrow’s barista jam.  Usually when I pop up there they have done the roasting for the day so today was a pleasant change, and the aromas of coffee filled the space.

I watched Steve do a couple of small roasts, and it was a chance to take a few pictures.

We chatted about a few things, like Cup of Excellence whilst he flitted about between the roasters.

Steve doesn’t like being photographed so I will leave him all enigmatic hiding, backlit, behind the roast smoke of a freshly roasted batch

I am really enjoying the new camera, so much to learn though - which is a good thing!
