Sorry for the slow response to the coffee you sent me but i wanted you to know how much i appriciated it. There will be a post about it on our blog coming very soon. But on another note I was wondering if you knew what the main type of acids found in coffee are. I have had a few discussions as of late that were about the acids in wine and the coralation between them being balanced.
