Just quickly cupped a blend of left over CoE El Salvador Anette made up.
It’s really hard to describe. It is so sweet its like there is no room for anything else. Buttery, tons of caramel sweetness but no acidity, barely any fruit. Incredibly creamy mouthfeel to it.
I really like it! Bit late to be cupping (at quarter to ten in the evening).
I must try this as an espresso tomorrow, just to see if the sweetness translates.
