Coffee
A little more video’d latte art

Say nothing about the espresso - its just the stale stuff they happened to have around at Mercanta. (The stuff they have fresh is far too good to waste on stupid latte art things! I was just lucky they had a little left over from a previous course.)
First pour is a bit of a screw up but I was pleased with the recovery!

Would just like to point out that I only keep stale coffee at Mercanta for training purposes, not to serve or condone in any way!
Just for future reference, dear.
