Wrist pain
Was doing some work for the Italian National Espresso Institute on Friday at Hereford University. During the day I did something, I know not what, to my wrist. And it bloody hurt. It feels ok now, but reminds me of a funny tweaky pain I had whilst working in Cecconis mid service. I locked the portafilter in tight and suddenly a pain shot up my hand and wrist.
It’s quite worrying because I need my wrist! I probably should look at some preventitive measures if it keeps happening. All together not good.
