Learning to roast
Been having fun today learning a bit more about roasting in a hands on way, instead of a theoretical one.
Used a few different coffees, though most of them are a little old. Doing stuff to take with me to Bologna when I go with Spaziale next week. Should just be nicely degassed by then…
