Coffee
Higher Education
I’ve come to conclusion that I would quite like to get a few more qualifications (like a masters or something) and I want to do something relevant to coffee but have no idea what. I am fairly sure there is no university in the world offering a coffee course.
Which is a shame, it being the second largest commodity on the planet and all.
I’d quite like a PhD in it, woudn’t we all, so I guess you have to start somewhere. I’ve gotten in touch with a Professor at Hertfordshire University who is running this project:
