Looking forward to starting something new on December 1st. Also looking forward to Bologna on the 14th to the 16th.
Experimentation has slowed somewhat as I’ve had to try and find replacements. Feeling fairly sure about the signature drink now. Three/four layers (if you include the crema) and I’ve found some suitable shot glasses. I think its unlikely I will have cracked the sequencial side of things before the regional comps, but hopefully it will be in place for the UK finals.
Am quite nervous now - I have so many questions about the performance and so few about the actual coffee making. Also need to get on and start working towards my own blend.
There clearly aren’t enough hours in the day!
