Another day at the Fat Duck
Went to the Fat Duck again yesterday. Was supposed to do some training but they were missing their steamer (quite impressively) so it was just a day mucking about in the lab. Mostly working on cigars and some enzyme stuff.
Met Heston Blumenthal who seemed a nice chap.
Trying to hand in my notice today. Is not proving easy.
