ICO Library
Finally made an appointment with the ICO to use their library on Friday at 11am. Hopefully I will be able to scour the place for old recipes and new ideas.
Got hold of a good book - 60 Recipes Using Fair Trade Coffee that may have some uses for signature drinks. Lots more books on the way! Going to do a little cooking today and see what happens.
Going out to the Fat Duck on the 29th. Looking forward to that a lot.
Got some coffee from H.R. Higgins. It appears to be a bit stale. Which isn’t very good is it?
