Tapping
So with tapping out we face the problem of what to do about coffee stuck to the side of the pf.
My solution - hit it with a blast of compressed air with the tamper still in. Seems to work ok so far, everything looking mighty pretty.
Looking for work. May ask the Fat Duck if they have any barista positions available. God knows that the money/hours would be. Matthew Algie seem a little reluctant to get back to me. Bloody useless I say!
Need to find some decent coffee too. I am sick to death of working with this god awful stuff!
