I read a bit about an old Ethiopian recipe that fire roasted green beans with onion, fennel, cardamom, tumeric and a few other things. Started me thinking about old recipes for coffee. Ordered a book from Amazon that has 60 coffee recipes. Might be useful for signature drinks. Could really use access to the ICO library. I have requested permission - we shall see.
More time with the crotchless pf today. You can really see where you are getting pitting and underextraction. Must get a little digital camcorder to record what is going on, I’d love to see good quality video slowed down.
